• Clinic listing / partnership enquiries — clinic name, contact details, and related business information you choose to submit.
• Booking or appointment enquiries (where available) — patient name, phone number, optional email, preferred dates, treatment interest, residency, and notes. These enquiries help connect you with a listed clinic; DentalJB is not your healthcare provider.

3.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage and analytics data via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (for example pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device/browser type, session behaviour, and aggregated heatmaps/session insights).
• Technical logs needed to operate and secure the site (for example IP address, request timestamps, and error diagnostics on our hosting infrastructure).

3.3 Clinic and directory data

Clinic profiles may include publicly available business information such as name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, ratings, photos, and services. Much of this is sourced or refreshed from Google Places and similar public sources, and may be supplemented by clinic-provided or DentalJB-curated details (for example WhatsApp numbers, price ranges, or social links).

3.4 What we do not collect

• We do not require patient user accounts to browse DentalJB.
• We do not collect payment card details or process dental treatment payments.
• We do not intentionally collect sensitive medical records or diagnoses.

• Operate, maintain, and improve DentalJB

• Help route booking / appointment enquiries to the relevant clinic (where that feature is used)
• Communicate with clinics about listings, corrections, and partnership requests
