an insurer or insurance intermediary
a guarantor of appointment availability, treatment outcomes, or clinic pricing

Any appointment, treatment, payment, or clinical relationship is solely between you and the clinic you choose.

4. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may use DentalJB only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm DentalJB, our users, listed clinics, or third parties. You agree not to:

scrape, bulk-copy, or commercially redistribute DentalJB content without prior written permission from DentalJB
interfere with site security, rate limits, or infrastructure
attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data
submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content
use DentalJB to spam clinics or other users
misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting DentalJB or clinics through the site

5. Clinic Information and Accuracy

Clinic details on DentalJB — including addresses, opening hours, phone numbers, websites, ratings, photos, services, languages, distances, and price ranges — may come from Google Places, public sources, clinic submissions, and DentalJB curation. Information can change quickly and may be incomplete or outdated.

Always confirm important details directly with the clinic before travelling, booking, or undergoing treatment. Price guides and savings calculators are estimates only and are not quotes.

6. No Medical Advice

Nothing on DentalJB is dental, medical, or clinical advice. Guides, blog posts, treatment pages, FAQs, and comparisons are for general information only. Speak with a qualified dental professional about your own health, diagnosis, and treatment options.

7. Enquiries, Contact Forms, and Booking Requests

If you submit a contact form, clinic partnership request, or booking / appointment enquiry through DentalJB:

you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
you authorise DentalJB to receive the enquiry and, where relevant, forward it to the clinic or respond ourselves
submission does not guarantee a reply, appointment slot, accepted treatment plan, or particular price
clinics remain responsible for confirming, rescheduling, declining, or fulfilling any appointment

8. Third-Party Services and Links

DentalJB may link to WhatsApp, clinic websites, Google Maps, social media pages, transport operators, and other third-party services. Those services are outside DentalJB's control. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Intellectual Property

DentalJB owns the DentalJB name, branding, site design, original copy, and software that make up the DentalJB platform, except where otherwise indicated. You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit DentalJB materials without prior written permission from DentalJB.

Clinic names, logos, photos, and other clinic-related materials remain the property of their respective owners. Map and places data may be subject to Google's or other providers' terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

DentalJB is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DentalJB disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any listing is complete or current.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DentalJB is not liable for:

the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of dental services provided by any listed clinic
disputes, billing issues, cancellations, or communications between you and a clinic
losses arising from reliance on directory information, guides, price estimates, or maps
travel delays, border-crossing issues, or transport problems
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold DentalJB harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of DentalJB, your breach of these Terms, or your interactions with clinics you discover through the site, except to the extent caused by DentalJB's own unlawful conduct.

13. Changes to DentalJB or These Terms

We may update DentalJB features and these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we revise the Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
